FAQs

Where are you located?

Though we’re a registered business with the city of Boston, we don’t have a physical store. Avoiding overhead costs helps us keep our prices low. We do pop-ups, vintage & antique markets, and trunk shows throughout the year; check out our social media for upcoming events!

Do you only carry preowned jewelry?

The majority of our collection is preowned, though some pieces have never been worn. We proudly specialize in estate jewelry, not only for its character and craftsmanship, but also because it represents a more sustainable and environmentally responsible way to collect fine jewelry. By extending the life of exceptional pieces, we help reduce the environmental impact associated with newly mined materials and manufacturing.

Every item is meticulously sourced and evaluated through our rigorous quality control process to ensure it is in great condition. This typically means only minimal surface wear to the metal finish, with any additional signs of use clearly noted. Each piece is professionally cleaned and carefully restored by hand before being offered to our collectors.

Are your pieces actually gold/silver?

Yes, we only carry solid gold and silver pieces. Our collection features various precious-metal contents, and we indicate precious metal content in each product’s description. We don’t offer plated or filled jewelry items but we can source these pieces if requested.

Are the gemstones real?

All of our gemstones are real, and we carry both synthetic and natural gemstones.

Do you have men’s jewelry?

Though we don’t have a separate collection for men, many of our pieces are unisex.

It has been longer than 14 days since I received my purchase. Can I still return it?

Sorry, we do not accept returns after this window.

I found an item I’d love to add to my collection, but it’s not my size/it’s no longer available. Do you have another one?

The great thing about vintage and antique jewelry is that most pieces are one-of-a-kind. It’s very rare that we’re able to find duplicates of the same piece, but it never hurts to ask. Feel free to email us!

Do you offer resizing/repair services?

At this time, we do not offer resizing or repair services. We carefully evaluate and restore each piece prior to listing to ensure it is in excellent condition. For any alterations or repairs, we recommend working with a trusted local jeweler who can provide personalized guidance.

Do your pieces ever go on sale?

Pieces that are listed on sale are priced to reflect final markdowns. These items can be removed at any time to be melted, but we aim to have items listed at their last-chance price for at least 1 week. For announcements and updates, including melt schedules, follow us on Instagram.

All sale-item purchases are final; sale items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple and Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

We also have our own layaway plan for purchases of $500 or more with just 10% down. Payment schedules vary by the layaway amount and are outlined below. Collectors can choose between bi-weekly or monthly payment cadences, as well as a shorter payoff period than what the purchase is eligible for.

To make a purchase with our layaway plan, send us an email!

All layaway purchases are final and are not eligible for returns. If a layaway plan is canceled after the first installment and prior to the last installment, a 20% fee is deducted from the refund amount.
