Our “No Questions Asked” Return Policy

If you don’t love your piece, simply send us an email at contact@artofstonejewelry.com asking to initiate a return , no explanation required (but feedback is always welcome).

Please include your name, order number, and shipping address in the email.

14-Day Window

We understand that life can get busy, so we provide all customers with 14 days from the package’s arrival date to initiate your return. We will provide a prepaid USPS label for you to return your item to us and ask that you drop it off within 3 days.

No Hassle

Once we receive your return and ensure it’s in the condition we sent it, we’ll initiate your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to post your refund to your account.

If you paid with credit card, the refunded amount will be the amount you paid minus 3% for processing fees. If you paid with Klarna or Afterpay, the refunded amount will be the amount you paid minus 6% for processing fees.

Please note:

Items that are on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We cannot offer exchanges or credits.

We cannot honor return requests for any reason after the 14-day window.

Any returned item that is received in damaged or modified condition, including resized pieces, will not be refunded and will be forfeited to Art of Stone.
