Our “No Questions Asked” Return Policy

If you don’t love your piece, simply send us an email at contact@artofstonejewelry.com asking to initiate a return - no explanation required (but feedback is always welcome). Please include your name, order number, and shipping address in the email.

14-Day Window

We understand that life can get busy, so we provide all customers with 14 days from the package’s arrival date to initiate your return. We will provide a prepaid USPS label for you to return your item to us and ask that you drop it off within 3 days.

No Hassle

Once we receive your return and ensure it’s in the condition we sent it, we’ll initiate your refund. The refunded amount will be the amount you paid minus 3% for credit card processing fees.

Please note:

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We cannot offer exchanges or credits.

We cannot honor return requests for any reason after the 14-day window.

Any returned item that is received in damaged or modified condition, including resized pieces, will not be refunded and will be forfeited to Art of Stone.
