Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, electronic funds transfer (ACH), Apple and Google Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay. We also have our own layaway program. We offer these payment methods at no additional cost.
Our layaway program
Our layaway program can be used for purchases of $500 or more with just 10% down. Payment schedules vary by the layaway amount and are outlined below:
$500 - $700: 2 months
$701 - $950: 3 months
$951 - $1,300: 4 months
$1,301 - $1,800: 5 months
$1,801 + : 6 months
Collectors can choose between bi-weekly or monthly payment cadences, as well as a shorter payoff period than what the purchase is eligible for.
Invoices are sent via email based on the arranged plan and can be paid with any major credit/debit card or electronic funds transfer (ACH).

Sale items are not eligible for layaway.
If a layaway plan is canceled after a deposit is made, a 20% fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Invoices must be paid on the due date. Art of Stone is not responsible for payment reminders. Installments are subject to a 5% late fee each day the invoice goes unpaid. If there is no communication, invoices that are not paid within 5 days will be considered abandonment of the layaway plan and, thus, forfeiture of any deposits and previous installments, as well as the piece(s) under the layaway plan.
Processing & Shipping
Our Processing Timeline
We process orders within 2 business days unless otherwise stated, and we note potential delays on our website.
US domestic shipping
We offer US domestic shipping options through UPS. Our “Economy” option is UPS Ground, which arrives in 5 days on average. We offer this shipping option free! Our “Expedited” shipping option is UPS 2-Day, which we offer at a flat rate of $35.
If your shipping address is a PO box and you select the Economy shipping option, we will ship your item via USPS Ground Advantage. Additionally, if you live in an area that UPS charges high rates to ship to (i.e., remote locations), we will ship your order via USPS. In either of these cases, you will be notified via email.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your purchase ships. Sorry, we can’t ship internationally at this time.
Parcel Safety
Our jewelry pieces are solid gold or sterling silver, so we understand that there is a risk of your packages being targeted for theft. To reduce this risk, we use plain, modest packaging to hide the contents of your package. We do not put logos or any identifying information, aside from the label, on the exterior of the parcel.

Our Green Efforts
We understand that packaging is an important part of the purchasing experience, and we try to deliver a great unboxing that adheres to our sustainability values. That’s why every fine jewelry purchase comes in a presentation box, and a detailed care card and polishing cloth is included with every order. We also offer free gift wrapping for any occasion.
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we reuse boxes and packing materials, minimize tissue and packing paper, and leverage recycled products where we can. You’ll also find minimal paperwork in your parcel - just a care card for your jewelry. We’re happy to provide printed receipts upon request.
We encourage you to reuse or recycle your box and packing materials when you receive your parcel from us.
